Returns will
be done as "store credit" for the amount purchased. Products must be
returned in "like new" condition to include packaging. Footwear may
only be worn indoors to ensure fit, any footwear worn outdoors may not
be returned. If a credit return in the form of payment made is required
there will be a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges may apply for
exchanges even if you were not charged shipping on the initial order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns should be accompanied
with our Merchandise Return Form(Click here to download).
Warranty Items will
be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty policy. Please
contact us first to find out your fastest method of either replacing,
repairing or refunding a defective product. For some items the warranty
process can be handled through Mission Outfitters while other companies
require you to return the item to them yourself. Let us know how we can
best serve you and we'll have the situation corrected as soon as
possible within our capabilities.
